Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Connexfy platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Connexfy, you represent that you have legal capacity and agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. The service

Connexfy is a customer service platform that combines CRM, AI agents, messaging channels (including WhatsApp), campaigns and scheduling. Available features depend on the contracted plan.

3. Account and access

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity performed on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, unlawful or fraudulent content, or anything that violates Meta and WhatsApp policies. Non-compliance may result in suspension.

5. Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for obtaining consent from the contacts it serves, for respecting opt-in and opt-out rules, and for ensuring that message use complies with the law and channel policies.

6. Payments

Plans are billed according to the contracted cycle. Costs charged by third parties, such as Meta conversation fees for WhatsApp, are the responsibility of the customer and are paid directly to the respective provider.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, brand and software are owned by Connexfy. Data and content entered by the customer remain owned by the customer.

8. Availability and limitation of liability

We make efforts to keep the platform available, but the service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connexfy is not liable for indirect damages arising from use.

9. Termination

Either party may end the relationship as set out in the contract. In case of breach of these terms, Connexfy may suspend or terminate access.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after material changes represents agreement with the new version.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Vila Velha, ES are elected to resolve disputes.
