Data Deletion

You may request deletion of the personal data processed by Connexfy at any time. This page explains what is deleted and how to make the request.

1. How to request

Send a request to connexfy@connexfy.com from your registered email, with the subject "Data deletion". We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity before processing the request.

2. What is deleted

Upon confirmation, we delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, including account data, contacts, messages and media processed by the platform, except where mandatory retention applies.

3. WhatsApp and Meta data

Data linked to your WhatsApp Business account and to messages processed by Connexfy is also deleted from our platform. Data held directly by Meta follows Meta own policies and deletion channels.

4. Timeframe

We process deletion requests within 30 calendar days after identity confirmation, unless a different period is required by law.

5. Legal retention

Some data may be retained for an additional period when required by legal or regulatory obligation, such as tax and access records, and is deleted at the end of the applicable period.
