Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Connexfy is operated by Fatormix Digital Ltda, registered under Tax ID 28.445.747/0001-72 (CNPJ), headquartered at Rod. do Sol - Lado Par, 2780, Sala 1308, Praia de Itaparica, Vila Velha/ES, Brazil, ZIP 29102-020. 2. Data we collect

We collect the data needed to provide the service, in the following categories:

• Customer account data: name, email, phone, tax document and company details.
• Usage data: access logs, IP address, pages visited and actions taken in the platform.
• Service data: messages, contacts, files and media exchanged over connected channels (for example, WhatsApp), processed on behalf of the customer who operates the account.
• Payment data: billing information and invoice history.

3. How we use data

We use data to operate and improve the platform, authenticate users, process payments, provide support, send operational communications, ensure security and comply with legal obligations.

4. WhatsApp, Meta and messaging channels

Connexfy integrates messaging channels such as the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta). When you connect a number, Connexfy acts as a technology provider and processes messages on your behalf to enable your customer service.

The WhatsApp number and its business account remain owned by the customer. Connexfy does not sell message data and uses it solely to operate the contracted service, in compliance with Meta policies and applicable law.

5. Data sharing

We share data only when necessary and with appropriate safeguards:

• Infrastructure and hosting providers that support the platform.
• Meta and messaging providers, to send and receive over connected channels.
• Artificial intelligence providers, for AI features, limited to what the functionality requires.
• Authorities, when required by law or court order.

6. Legal basis

We process personal data based on contract performance, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest and, where applicable, the data subject consent, under Brazilian Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD) and other applicable regulations.

7. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Once the relationship ends, data is deleted or anonymized, except where mandatory retention applies by law.

8. Your rights

The data subject may request access, correction, portability, anonymization, information about sharing and deletion of their data, and may withdraw consent. Requests can be sent to fatormix@fatormix.com.br.

9. Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect data, including credential encryption, access control and isolation between customer accounts.

10. Data deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time. Instructions are described on the Data Deletion page.

11. Cookies and measurement on this site

This marketing site sets no cookies of its own, has no forms, asks for no sign-up and stores nothing about you on its own account. The platform, at my.connexfy.com, is a different matter: there, essential authentication cookies exist, and without them there is no way to keep you signed in.

What this site may load, and only after you accept:

• The Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), from connect.facebook.net. It creates the _fbp and _fbc cookies in your browser to measure how our ads perform and to understand which pages lead to a conversation. Legal basis: consent (LGPD, art. 7, I).
• The Meta Conversions API, which runs on OUR server rather than in your browser: when you accept, the server tells Meta that a page was viewed, along with your IP address and your browser. The event carries an identifier so that Meta counts once what the browser and the server both report. Without your consent, our server sends nothing.
• The server access logs that exist on any website: IP address, date and time, page requested and browser. They do not depend on consent, they serve the security of the site, and their legal basis is legitimate interest and article 15 of the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework.

Until there is consent, no file is requested from Meta and no measurement cookie is created. This is not "load and deny": it is not loading. The difference matters, because downloading the script would already send your IP to Meta, and that is processing before consent.

Meta processes this data outside Brazil, including in the United States (LGPD, art. 33), under its own policy.

You may decline, and you may change your mind later: the same notice comes back if you clear this site data in your browser, and cookies already created can be removed in your browser settings. Without JavaScript the notice does not appear — and nothing is loaded, which is the safest state.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. Material changes will be communicated through official channels, and the update date above will be revised.
